Deposit & Payment Policy:

To secure your booking, we require a holding deposit at the time of reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as it guarantees the availability of your chosen inflatable for your event date.
Once the inflatable is delivered, the holding deposit will be applied as a cleaning deposit. This cleaning deposit is fully refundable, provided the inflatable is returned in good condition—meaning it is not excessively dirty, stained, or damaged.
The remaining balance of your rental is due upon delivery.
We accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo for your convenience.

Rental Service Includes:
Each of our bounce house rental includes 6 hours of play, delivery and pick up (within a 15 mile raidus of 92503), installation, a tarp, mat, blower, and 50ft extension cord.

Keep in mind that you'll need a power outlet; alternatively, we can offer a power supply for an extra fee $50.
Important Space Requirements for Inflatable Rentals:

Before placing your reservation, please ensure the setup area is large enough to safely accommodate the inflatable. Ensure the area is clear and provides easy access. The surface must be flat, level, and made of firm terrain such as grass or concrete. We do not set up on dirt, gravel, or any sharp or uneven surfaces, as these can damage the equipment and create safety hazards.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued if the inflatable cannot be set up due to unsuitable space.

12x12 is 13 ft tall and needs 200sq. ft space
13x13 is 13 ft tall and needs 200 sq. ft space
​ 15x15 is 13 ft. tall and needs a 300 sq. ft space​​

Additionally, ensure that you secure any required permits for the bounce houses as this falls under the host's responsibility.

Delivery:
Allow a two-hour window for delivery and setup.
